Cancellation Policy
Due to the high amount of no call no shows there will be 75% cancellation fee 24 hours of your appointment. Due to the high value of new clients not providing valid payment all new clients will have to pay a 50% nonrefundable deposit on selected services. Your deposit will go towards service. Sorry for any inconvenience but it cost me money when you don’t show or call to reschedule. NO REFUNDS.
I offer a 48-hour Guarantee on my services as long as you do not change the overall look due to the fact you don't like the cut/ color you picked out.
I ask you to be honest with me about your hair and Any previous service done by a professional or at home, this is highly important with your overall outcome.
